In 2020, FCC Group implemented its compliance programme.
The programme introduces a comprehensive system of measures and procedures relating to all activities of all enties in the Group. The main objective of the compliance programme is to define internal rules for the parent company, the FCC Group, and for its subsidiaries and associates, to define rules applicable to acts towards third parties, and to introduce a corporate culture applicable to its aspect of companies’ conduct.
Following up the implementation of the FCC Group’s compliance programme, the Board of Directors approved the principles of conduct.

Ethics Line
An Ethics Line was opened for sending suggestions etickalinka@aqualia.com
SmVaK Ostrava’s ethics e-mail is a notification channel as specified in the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers. It is also possible to notify there of suggestions, issues and/or activities which might be contrary to the Ethics Code of the FCC Group and/or any internal rules applicable in the FCC Group companies.
A person who should deal with such suggestions is the Compliance Officer. Notifications can be sent electronically or in writing. An oral notification is acceptable upon a prior agreement. In cases specified by the law it is also possible to use a whistleblowing channel opened by the Czech Republic’s Ministry of Justice.
