Customers Centres
The Customers Centres in Ostrava, Frýdek-Místek, Karviná, Nový Jičín and Opava are opened on Monday and Wednesday, 8am – 12am and 1pm – 5pm, and on Tuesday, 8am – 12am and 1pm – 3pm.
To visit a Customer Centre, an appointment needs to be booked.
Statement Department
If a customer wishes to meet a technician from the Statement Department and discuss their general requirement relating to a construction project, an appointment needs to be booked: Monday or Wednesday, 8am – 12am and 1pm – 5pm.
If a customer wishes to discuss a statement which has been issued for a certain construction project, their need to call a free customer line, 800 292 400, on working days, 7.30am – 5pm, and ask a Statement Department’s technician to discuss such statement (a customer should refer to the reference number of such statement). An employee who answers the customer line call will write down the information, and the technician, who prepared the statement on behalf of the Statement Department, will call you back (within seven calendar days) and will discuss steps to be taken (a face-to-face visit, if needed, or a phone call, if possible).
