SmVaK Ostrava provided its customers with an application, Customer Account, where the customers can check regularly their bills and lists of consumption points.
To open a Customer Account, fill in the registration form at Zákaznický účet – Žádost o přístup do dat [in Czech].

Then, the customers will be sent the login data at their e-mail, or they will be required to enter the customer contract No. Otherwise they will be sent their login data by registered mail. Businesses are sent their login data into their data mailboxes.
