Customer Centres and Contact Centres

Commercial services are provided by five Customers Centres (Ostrava, Frýdek-Místek, Karviná, Nový Jičín and Opava) and ten Contact Centres (Bílovec, Český Těšín, Havířov, Orlová, Třinec, Vítkov and Velké Losiny). Because of new concession contracts, the services provided by the Customer Centres and Contact Centres are extended.

• SmVaK Ostrava supplies the drinking water to public water systems in Ostrava, Studénka, Hlučín, Hranice, Jastrzębie-Zdrój and other towns and villages. SmVaK Ostrava operates more than 80 water facilities for the towns and villages in those districts.
